A self-defence lesson for two people in Poznań can be shared without assuming identical experience or physical ability. It may be your introduction to training or a way to practise situations that matter to both of you.
What do you gain by training together?
Two people can talk through the same decisions, practise setting boundaries and revisit simple exercises. The aim is to reduce risk and leave if possible, not to seek confrontation on a partner’s behalf. Exercises can have different intensity for each person.
The first lesson
We discuss experience and goals, then begin with distance, positioning, verbal boundaries and options for leaving. Physical exercises are adjusted to both participants. Each person learns to make their own decisions rather than relying on the other as a protector.
Everyday situations
You might discuss public transport, returning from an event or an unwanted interaction during a walk. We look at early cues, exits and ways to ask for help before practising any physical response. A scenario is a training tool, never a guarantee that events will unfold in the same way.
Together or separately?
A shared lesson works when both people have compatible goals and feel comfortable practising together. A separate session may be better when one person needs privacy or a different pace. You can decide after the first meeting.
